I do not accept names for a waiting list unless I have a filled out application.  People who have the application in first will be called only.  If you are planning on moving come get your application ahead of time.  Application will be checked for rental history from landlords written approval,  credit check, and criminal record check. This could take a week depends on your landlords. Please plan ahead if you want to look at apartments.
